Velino AI respects your privacy. This page explains how you can request deletion of data connected to your Instagram / WhatsApp integrations.
Request data deletion
If you want us to delete your integration data, you can do any of the following:
- Disconnect the channel inside the Velino AI dashboard: Connected accounts → select the channel → Disconnect.
- Email us from your business email address with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your workspace name and the Instagram username / WhatsApp number.

What gets deleted
When you request deletion, we delete integration connection records (tokens / IDs) and associated conversation logs stored in Velino AI for that channel, subject to any legal or security retention requirements.
Meta account data remains on Meta's systems. We only delete data stored within Velino AI.
Processing time
Requests are typically processed within 7 days.
